When it comes to stylists, we know Rachel Zoe always gets it right.
She has recently listed her Top 20 Essential Accessories all girls should own. I agree with all of them except the Wedge shoe. No matter how much I try, I will never be a fan. But I am a fan of oversized sunglasses, scarfs, and vintage inspired clutches. Mostly I am a fan of the jewellery she has listed. The oversized statement necklaces fit in perfectly with our next collection to be launched in May at RAFW (Fashion Week) and everyone needs stud earrings.
Rachel also listed Tassle earrings as a must have. You can snap up yours now with Lydia Jewels having two different coloured versions and one Bridal version to choose from.

Girls are loving it so much that we are almost out of materials to make up the pieces that are being ordered and we won’t be getting any more in. So snap up your piece of Alice today.

This weekend just gone (February 13th) Good Weekend magazine in the Sydney Morning Herald featured a Lydia Jewels headband. I made this headband purely for the magazine, it is made with sequinned white flowers and a gold elastic band. It was a one off. We have been inundated with orders for it. I am trying to source the materials to make more. What it has taught me though is that girls are loving headbands, so please stay tuned for a micro collection of headbands shortly.

We will also be making custom made headbands, so if you have an idea of something you would like and can’t find it anywhere, get in touch – studio@lydiajewels.com

I have always loved the book, the Disney film and I can’t wait for Tim Burton’s masterpiece, out soon. So it felt only natural to create a micro collection inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Pieces are very limited, so snap them up now.

PEBBLES AND BOW NECKLACE
This necklace is representative of when pebbles are thrown at Alice and as they hit her they turn into cakes.

DON’T FORGET THE KEY NECKLACE
This necklace is inspired by Alice drinking the potion to make her smaller to fit through the door. She forgets the key, goes back and she can’t get to the giant key because she is too small.

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE BRACELET
This bracelet incorporates many elements of the book. The feather respresents the birds that feature throughout, the rose beads resemble the rose garden and the key opens the door to this magical kingdom.
